GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Standard orders are shipped within 3-7 business days from when the order is placed. Once an order ships, you will be notified by email with tracking details.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days.
Orders being delivered in the US and Internationally will ship via USPS Mail or UPS. USPS offers 1-3 day delivery options IF it is available to you. Please note that this means it will take USPS 1-3 days to deliver your package. It is not a delivery guarantee from the time you place your order, and we are not responsible if USPS extends the delivery time after the order ships.
After an order leaves our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in good condition and in a timely manner.

DAMAGED / OPENED BOX
If you receive your package and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damaged box BEFORE checking the contents inside. Please then submit a claim with the courier used to ship your order.
FAILED DELIVERY / RETURN TO SENDER
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (PHASE®) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
