REFUND POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product (per availability), or a refund of the original payment method.

 

Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay.

Lost or damaged returns will be the customers responsibility. Recommended to keep tracking information until return is received and confirmed.

 

Once the item is received and inspected for defects, your refund will be released. Funds will be available according to your bank.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

SHIPPING POLICY

Standard orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from when the order is placed. Once an order ships, you will be notified by email with tracking details. 

Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days. 

Orders being delivered in the US and Internationally will ship via USPS Mail or DHL. USPS offers 1-3 day delivery options IF it is available to you. Please note that this means it will take USPS 1-3 days to deliver your package. It is not a delivery guarantee from the time you place your order, and we are not responsible if USPS extends the delivery time after the order ships.

After an order leaves our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in good condition and in a timely manner. If an order arrives damaged a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.

If an order is returned as undeliverable, a refund will be given minus the cost of shipping.
